Bertrand brings over 20 years of Financial Services experience with an in depth knowledge of various Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans. Bertrand holds the FINRA Series 7 Securities Registration License, Series 63 State Securities License, Series 65 License and New York State Life and Health Insurance Licenses. In addition, he holds a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, (CRPC) designation from the College for Financial Planning.

Bertrand earned his BBA in Finance from Bernard M. Baruch (CUNY).
